DRESS CODE FOR TINY LEAPERS 18 MOS-2 YEAR OLDS
Dress code for Tiny Leapers is a lavender tank-style leotard with attached lavender skirt, pink tights, pink ballet slippers, and hair secured out of face in a classical ballet bun.
DRESS CODE FOR LEAP ‘N LEARN 3-4 YEAR OLDS
Short sleeved white leotard, pink tights, pink ballet slippers, and hair in a classical ballet bun. Dancers may wear a short dance skirt, but if the skirt becomes a distraction, the teacher may ask for it to be removed.
DRESS CODE FOR LEAP ‘N LEARN 5-6 YEAR OLDS
Short sleeved light pink leotard, pink tights, pink ballet slippers, and hair in a classical ballet bun. Dancers may wear a short dance skirt, but if the skirt becomes a distraction, the teacher may ask for it to be removed.
DRESS CODE FOR LEAP ‘N LEARN 7 YEAR OLDS
Short sleeved pale blue leotard, pink tights, pink ballet slippers, and hair in a classical ballet bun. Dancers may wear a short dance skirt, but if the skirt becomes a distraction, the teacher may ask for it to be removed.
DRESS CODE FOR GIRLS AGE 8+ AND WOMEN
The dress code for girls and women is a black or solid colored leotard, pink tights, pink ballet slippers, and hair in a classical ballet bun. Girls may wear a skirt to class.
DRESS CODE FOR BOYS
Boys dress code is black tights, solid color trim fit shirt, black ballet slippers, and hair combed away from face.
CLOTHING REQUIREMENTS FOR TAP, JAZZ, MODERN, CONTEMPORARY, MUSICAL THEATER, LITURGICAL, AND HIP HOP.
Most dancers are coming from ballet class. In order to keep the transition from one class to another as simple as possible, dancer may wear the same leotard and tights that they wore in ballet. If they prefer to wear dance shorts over the tights, that will work well. Our only requirement is that the legs are covered (leggings or tights) and the mid drift is covered (no bra tops).

DANCE SHOES FOR SPECIFIC CLASSES
TAP - low heel tap shoes
Jazz - black jazz shoes with or without ties
Modern - barefoot or half shoes (look like half of a ballet slipper)
Contemporary - half shoes or dance socks for Int/Adv dancers
Musical Theater - black jazz shoes with our without ties
Liturgical - ballet slippers in pink
Hip Hop - black sneakers
CLOTHING FOR ACRODANCE & AERIAL SILKS/AERIAL YOGA
AcroDance can be performed in a leotard, tights and bare feet.
Aerial silks is best performed in tights and a leotard with bare feet.
